The book is written by Barack Obama while he put all his effort to his presidential pursuit.
He connected his vision to the voices of ordinary people he listend to on the middle of his election campaign, which create the comfortable persuasion for readers to agree with his vision that reaffirm American Dream, that is, the power of democracy. Democracy takes its basic sharing information with participants and discussion on the issues among them and made seemingly most reasonable or beneficial descision for all the participants. The book rehiglight the common virture from the diverse concern from diverse people; the lack of consistency of the United States diplomacy toward the third countries; and communication matter as the basic step to set the agenda that is agreed or sympathized by the most people.
